Partial painting operations: the painter placed in the thermal unit takes air through the ducts, which communicate with the outside. A series of synthetic filters, placed in the antechamber of the thermal unit, performs a preliminary filtering of the air. The air flow is pushed into the distribution system on the ceiling of the oven and reaches the interior through a series of special three-state filters. Air cleanliness is greater than 99%. The pressurized air system creates a constant flow around the vehicle, removing excess paint. Partial drying operations: the fan is placed in the thermoventilation unit. By closing the shutter, only 10%-20% of air is sucked in from the outside. The temperature rises to the required value (max 60/80°C) and in a few minutes the polymerization and drying of the paint occurs. At the end of the drying cycle, the burner automatically stops. The shutter opens and the air cools the car. Total painting operations: The fan placed in the thermal unit takes air through the ducts, which communicate with the outside. The temperature rises to the required value (60/80 ° C) and in a few minutes the polymerization and drying of the paint occurs. At the end of the drying cycle, the burner automatically stops. The recycling damper closes and, consequently, the intake damper opens, cooling the car.
