Demonstrating its versatility in always offering customized technological solutions, with the aim of facilitating the customer’s choice, in harmony with their needs. Painting phase with extractor (optional) Total painting operations The fan placed in the thermal unit takes the air through the ducts, which communicate with the outside. A series of synthetic filters placed in the antechamber of the thermal unit performs preliminary filtering of the air. The air flow is pushed into the distribution system located on the ceiling of the oven and reaches the interior through a series of special three-layer filters. Air cleanliness is greater than 99%. The pressurized air system creates a constant flow around the vehicle, removing excess paint. Drying phase with extractor (optional) Total drying operations The fan is placed in the thermoventilation unit. By closing the intake damper and opening the flap at the bottom there is a total recycling of the hot air introduced. The temperature rises to the required value (max 60/80°C) and in a few minutes the paint dries and polymerises. At the end of the drying cycle, the burner stops automatically. The recycling damper closes, consequently the intake damper opens and the air cools the car.
